On behalf of the FARE Board, I am pleased to announce that we have appointed Ayla Chorley to the role of Chief Executive Officer.
Ayla’s appointment to the CEO role is a testament to the strength of the FARE team, and validation of the calibre of our people.
Ayla joined the organisation in 2021 as Operations Director and Company Secretary. During this time she has supported the organisation through significant strategic changes, growth, and operational achievements.
Ayla is a trusted advisor to the Board and has been instrumental in the development of FARE’s workplace culture and the quality and diversity of our workforce. She brings to the CEO role a wealth of experience and expertise in leadership, organisational design, people and culture, and governance.
Ayla said, “It’s an honour and a privilege to take on this role and lead the organisation through its next chapter of preventing alcohol harms across Australia.
