You will work within an organisation that believes change can only happen through partnership and collaboration. We actively work alongside affected communities and people with lived experience of alcohol harm to elevate their voices in public policy advocacy.

Our work is important, but we also understand the value of personal time. We offer additional leave and flexible work arrangements to help support a healthy work-life balance, and we are incredibly proud to be a family-friendly employer.

As an organisation that aims to work toward to a healthier Australia, we are committed to fostering a culture that values the emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing of its staff. We also provide our staff members with access to an Employee Assistance Program.

We want to ensure that our people have the skills and knowledge they need in their roles, while also identifying future opportunities to support development, training and learning.

We value our team members, who bring so much passion to their roles. This is why we offer generous, above-award salaries to attract the best candidates.

We offer not-for-profit salary sacrificing arrangements. This means team members can package up to $15,600 to cover general living expenses and up to $2,560 for meals and entertainment expenses from their gross salary.
