Does this sound like you? Are you TOM?

TOM was an online pilot program supporting men to reduce their alcohol use. It was run by FARE in the second-half of 2020.

Cutting back on your drinking can improve your mood and sleep, increase your energy, increase your concentration, boost your immunity, improve your relationships with loved ones, save you money and reduce your risk of health problems longer term.

This website will continue to provide tools and resources to help you to think about your alcohol use and cut back on your drinking.

How much is too much?

The less alcohol you drink, the lower your risk of harm.

The Australian guidelines recommend you have:

  • no more than four standard drinks a day, and
  • no more than ten standard drinks a week.
